Editing and Deleting Recurring Journal Entries
You can edit unposted recurring journal entries.
To edit or delete a recurring journal entry

From the side menu, select G/L > Review Recurring Journal. The Recurring Journal filter appears.
If you are using Voyager Construction and Job Costing, select G/L (JC) > Recurring JE > Review Recurring JE. The Construction and Job Costing Recurring Journal filter includes additional fields, which are described in this procedure with the designation “Construction only.”

Job (Construction only) Type or select a job code.
Property Type or select the property codes.
Ctrl Number Type a range of recurring journal entry control numbers. To review a single recurring journal entry, type the same control number in both fields.
Posting Code Type the posting code.
Account Type or select a G/L account used in the recurring journal entry.
Category (Construction only) Type or select the job category code.
Source Type text from the recurring journal entry Source field.
Notes Type text from the journal entry Notes field.

Click Submit. The Recurring Journal Entry screen appears, with the first recurring journal entry meeting your selection criteria in the main part of the screen. The navigation list displays a list of all recurring journal entries matching the search criteria.

If you want to edit the journal entry, make changes and click Save. See “To add a recurring journal entry” for detailed information about working with the Recurring Journal Entry screen.

If you want to delete the journal entry, click Delete. Voyager asks you to confirm deletion.
